The OM game created such an uproar because we were gaining hope of getting back on the bubble prior. If it was our only home loses this year and if each game was not so critical for our NCAA hopes after the poor pre-conference showing...then I doubt anyone gets that upset. It critical that we get to 20+ wins to even get on the NCAA bubble. You can not lose games at home to team with losing records and expect to get there. Regardless of what you did at Rupp and Bud Walton. That is what is so frustrating. For me at least....

we have 1 SEC championship and 1 SEC Tourney title under Ricky- other than that, we havent won ****

id leave Larry E out of that list, only because he actually is a stellar coach, even if it isnt visible at USM. His undoing was drinking with college gals, not being a bad coach.
Had he stayed at ISU, they would still be a national threat.
