If we are going to be in the 8/9 game, we have a better shot at beating Houston in Memphis than any of the other possibilities.

But if we can fight our way to a 6 seed I think we have a shot at making a run.

Here's the path to a 6 seed, IMO:

Kentucky or Auburn + A&M and USC + Saturday in SEC Tournament

I’d be shocked to see us opposite Houston in Memphis. They screwed Houston last year as a 1 seed in Birmingham playing 8 seed Auburn.
Surely they won’t get that shaft 2 years in a row.

I feel like on the matchups we are either going to get screwed (UConn in Brooklyn, UNC in Charlotte, etc.) or be shipped somewhere random where nobody has a built in advantage. Like Salt Lake City or Pittsburgh.
