Haha that's slightly like one of my nightmares that I have. I am driving and suddenly there is a train or car stopped in front of me and I can't get to my steering wheel. Then I wake up. I am sure a shrink could make good use it,

Anyways I was very afraid things would not end well for this driver, but glad he has the presence of mind to let off the gas.
