Also, that was the game where Ray Ray ran the wildcat for a TD. And Fant had one TD pass that was pretty sweet where he kind of floated it in to a receiver (Dicenzo?)- it was a great pass.

It would be awesome if you put those up on youtube as well.

Love the flea flicker high light- that's my favorite play in all of football. The best I've seen a flea flicker ever run, and where I fell in love with the play- was in the 1993 Egg Bowl where Todd Jordan handed the ball off to Micheal Davis, who pitched it back to Jordan who then found a wide *** open Eric Moulds for a 50 yard bomb. That was the coolest play I had ever seen pre-Boise State/Oklahoma.

I had flushed that guy from my memory. Ugh. Between him and Dontae ballooning to approx 300 lbs prior to the 2001 season, it's really a shame we couldn't hold it together because that team was waaaay too talented to wind up 3-7

I hit upload on this one before I went to bed last night, its ready

Ray Ray draw TD

I hate to tell Houston Nutt this, but based upon this play, it appears that Sparky Woods is the father of the wildcat.

That game was the cherry on top of a steaming shitpile of a season.

Gus Malzohm had to MAKE him run it at Arkansas. I remember a game where Arkansas was playing at LSU. McFadden andFelix Jones were running all over LSU every time they would get in that formation. Nutt kept going away from it toline up in a pro set. It cost Arkansas the game at the end. LSAhad absolutely no answerfor the wildcat so Nutt quit running it at the end.

Fant looking competent, Banks not getting smoked (but still managing to do something dumb after doing something great), Archie showing off the original case of "Manning face". Good times.

Too bad the wheels were basically already off.

Anyone catch the Bob Hargro sighting on the Miller 48 yard catch and run? I guess that's his career highlight.

And since Jackie was the head coach, and I want to give him credit for the Wild Phone Booth as well.

plus Troy in the flood by 12 (a win in nearly any other season or weather). The 3pt loss to BYU was a robbery and I think the 2pt loss at Auburn wasthe "that's a Byrdsong recovery" game--the refs missed an obviousfumble recovery by Byrdsong in the last couple of minutes, allowing AU to kick the game winning FG. Don't remember much about the 7 pt loss at Bama, the 2 pt South Carolina loss at home(1st sport event after 9/11),or the 3 pt loss at Arkansas.

2001 wasthepinnacle of moral victory seasons. Best 3-8 team in the country. Again.

USC game.......I remember not being able to stop their QB or RB. At one point in the game, they had a 4th down at midfield. Went for it and made it easily.

Arkansas game.......in Fayetteville......we took a lead late in the game after being behind most of the game. Arkansas gets the ball back at their 20 with 1 minute. First play.......Matt Jones scrambles, gets loose, and runs 80 yards for a TD. It sucked. Closest we have ever been to victory there.....except maybe 93 which was in Little Rock.
