Depasquale has an extra year of eligibility I think. Can't remember the details, but there wasa Veazy article talking about how everybody thought Depasquale was ajunior last year when he was actually a sophomore eligibility wise.missouridawg said:Cam Newton will go to wherever there's money, if they'll pay him.
No, we won't contend for the West. LSU, Bama, and Auburn will all be better than us still. We lose Chris White, Pernell McPhee, Derek Sherrod, KJ Wright, Mo Langston, both of our kickers (though this may be a good thing), Hanrahan, and Leon Berry (unless he gets a medical reshirt - which I have no clue how it works). I know we've got some pretty good players behind all of those guys... but you can't really place a value on experience and we'll lose a lot of it after this year. Some teams can absorb losing 3 or 4 NFL caliber guys... I'm not so sure MSU is one of those teams.
This quote from the main article was run 8/13/10.<p itxtvisited="1">And fortunately for Bulldawg Nation, DePasquale will also be around for two seasons, including 2010. For much of last year and in spring practice, the media mistakingly referred to DePasquale as one of two senior placekickers on the team (Brauchle is a senior). However, he quickly noted he is just a junior and has two years of eligibility remaining.</p><p itxtvisited="1">"I have this season and next season," said DePasquale. "The media guides here listed me as a senior but I am a junior. I still have two good years left and I want to make them two long years."</p>
