does a coach need to nominate for consideration? Does that say Phillips coach maybe missed nominating? Crazy
Guys we go through this EVERY YEAR! The coaches nominate their kids. It's not the media or popular vote or the vote early vote often saga that is Chicago politics. The coaches nominate the kids - hence the coaches all state team.

Really doubt that he missed it but then again you never know.maybe coaches can only go in with one or two candidates who knows how this works.

Yeah nominate, still some pretty awful snubs and some kids that have no business being on there.
I don't think they had anyone from H-F either. Neither of the Harley-Hamptons or anyone else.
Also, I know his stats were good but I watched Adam Nelson from Triad (1st team) have 10 carries for -1 yards against the LWW defense while Gabe Montalvo ran all over them. Gabe should at least be Honorable Mention, (maybe Adam Nelson also) while the H-F running backs probably deserve 1st team.

Um yes it is. Coaches are given ample chances to nominate put to two kids. Sorry but having witnessed this process this IS how it works.
