Going with 10 / 11 under will be what it takes to win. I think somebody goes LOW today. 65-66 score. If it is one of the guys up front -2 / -3 and lower, double digit under par is what it will take. Now, IF tomorrow the winds are 30-35 MPH, maybe not, as there will not be more than 2/3 under par scores, if that.

Phil at 9 under thru 8 holes. Barely missed an eagle. If Phil can keep it up ... the excitement on Sunday will be crazy.... but there’s a long, long, way to go.

... and there it goes for Phil ... couple of bad drives and barely miss some putts ... and just like that the 5 shot lead is gone. Phil could easily be 7 under thru 11 holes today instead of 2 under thru 12. Hasn’t really made any putts

... Phil can’t get any putts to go in and he has hit some really good putts ... putted for two eagles and barely missed and had one kick in birdie and he has missed 3 or 4 within 10 feet. Could have easily been about 7 under today ...

Phil goes to the final round with a 1-shot lead. Wild day that will likely be crazy atmosphere tomorrow.

Going to play some rounds on Tiger 2014 to familiarize myself with the course better.

I'm going out on a limb and picking Finau.
Just download the WGT app...it’s 10x better. Plus you get Pebble Beach, Erin Hills, Bethpage, Congressional, etc. etc. Basically every US Open course for the last decade with the exception of last year’s and Shinnecock. Torrey Pines was just added this month too.

Phil winning would be one for the ages but Brooks is the last current generation player you want to face on Sunday in a major. Think having faced Tiger all those years will work to Phil’s advantage but have to give it to Koepka tomorrow.

I have a sinking feeling that water ball cost Phil the tournament. Tomorrow I predict it will be a short putt he'll push. Brooks is tough and Louie will be steady if those two falter. Will be wild if Phil wins and fun to watch. I hope it comes down to a duel on those last punishing 6 holes.

Anyone else wonder why anyone would play that course for fun? It looks like a great place to throw your clubs in the water and take up fishing.

Got a feeling Brooks goes off and shoots like a 66 today and destroys the field

Niemann shoots a 65, Brooks three-putts from six feet. Phil hitting it God knows where. South Africans just shoot their 72s. Bam.

Yep, just like those fat buggers playing NFL football...everyone knows real football is a bunch of little 120 pound fairies running around chasing a soccer ball. I know where you’re coming from dude... Extreme hand-eye coordination coupled with an unwavering command over precise biomechanics (upper/lower body timing). over and over for four days across menacing landscape architecture lacks skill. I guess these purses are over $5 million because it’s stupid?

Now if I were hanging out at the batting cages and bowling alleys I probably wouldn’t knock golf.

I caught it on a day with zero wind. 83, didn’t lose a ball. Cigars, beers, good times.

I had to buy this Brooks Nike hat. Stylish.

What the f8ck camera technique are they using when the players are showing up? Portrait mode? This all being shot from iPhones? Weird.

I don’t think all these pre-round steps Brooks is going up and down is going to be good on his knees. Three over today I do believe.

Right off the bat Phil is imploding and Brooks has a great look at birdie. This one will be over quick.

Yep. Phil bogies and Koepka birdies and Phil is behind already on the 1st hole. Brooks is going to steamroll him.

I bet you were one of the folks who were jumping up and down on the field celebrating not realizing LSU scored in 2002!!!
