My guess is he got some but if OSU was smart (which they probably are) they would have tied the $$ to qualifying academically.

Academic issues are the only red flag. Otherwise it’s a great pick up if he is eligible.

Not strange at all. Has been in process. He just passed his necessary summer courses.
