I tried telling y'all our OL was straight up trash. It's a historically typical MSU OL (Big, Slow, Soft). I've seen better feet on a sloth.

We can fix this by spending $5-6 million on an offensive line.

I hear you, but Washington has been coached 1,000 times to drive on that hook route and take it to the house.

He’s just got to do it now.

"We just needed to execute" was accurate last season. We don't have athletes and coaches for that to become reality.

Quite a bit of money was spent on this roster. If you gave Leach or Petrino 15 million I guarantee they could put a pretty good team on the field. Poor coaching and poor talent evaluation. Again.

We have more talent but worse coaching. Swap staffs & we might win 5-6. This DC is still dumber than a bag of hammers, & Lebby's play calling is, well I'll l quote my son, "this looks like a high school offense"

If you're giving the D hell, I don't really get that.

They gave up one TD drive and the QB gets a lot of credit there. The FG is completely on the offense.

Offense is the issue right now. Specifically O line.

Offense is definitely the worst. Their TD came in that stretch we were on the field so long for giving up too many 3rd downs and because our offense was 3 and out twice.

Lebby is not a good coach. We might lose this game but even if we win, it’s going to be a long season.

He is horrible. He had a chance to guarantee a 3rd season by canning hutz but didn’t. I say put his *** on the road and Selmon can go too.

#10 should have known that'd be called. I suppose just a natural reaction, but it didn't affect the play.

What. It took out the guy who had a chance to stop the QB short. It absolutely affected the play.

I hope it doesn't lead to the impression, among players and good coaches, that you can't win here even spending quite a bit of money. We may quickly find out Lebby isn't the guy and he was a terrible pick. Others notice, especially players who have options.

I want to add one more thing. Until we take our football program seriously and adopt a modern style of play and recruiting, we will be left behind. Are we still using a three-man defense line? If we could cover better, I might understand what is on our coaches' minds.
