Rojas stopped twice and still scored from 1st on a double, serious wheels. Maybe he has eligibility to play WR at Penn State!!!
Too bad his defense was horrible tonight. Turner's arm also came up small when it mattered. Then Kerkering gives up the bomb. Watching this team makes me want to bang my head against a wall.

Bohm scores from 3rd on a flyout to RF. A great throw by Cruz, that beat Bohm, but the Nat's catcher couldn't come up with the ball. And then Stott scores on a wild pitch.

Ring It!!!!

Fightin's win, 7-6, in the bottom of the 9th.

@rudedude -- thanks for turning the game off after the top of the 9th. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

It was a good but not great throw by Crews. It was a bit too far up the 3rd base line. A throw closer to the plate and Ruiz could have run up the line to tag Bohm. Can't believe how slow he is.

Strange how it looked like Turner didn't even know it was a wild pitch. Should have been waving Stott home, instead he stands there staring at the ground, practically had to jump out of Stott's way. Wonder where that guy's head is sometimes.

Agreed. If the throw wasn't up the 3rd base line, Ruiz would have easily tagged out Bohm. As for Bohm's speed, you see it, or the lack of it, pretty much every time he hits into a sharply hit, or not-so-sharply hit, double play.

It’s great they got the win last night. I hope that builds some confidence. Not much is going right for them this season.

It’s like all the liabilities that Dombrowski ignored are back and magnified, AND the core lineup group is another year older and worse.

Tom is right that it’s early, but they need to show improvement in May. With the way the NL West is playing, 86-88 wins may not get a wildcard spot. And that’s about what this Phillies team looks like early on.
