I'm curious @Tango Two @Richie O why are you continuing this nonsense of creating your own thread days later so we have 2 threads on the same event? This has gone on multiple times during the season and then you end up locking, deleting or merging the thread I started. This is just stupid and takes away from the discussion and community.
It’s par for the course for RU at the national tournament unfortunately
Already seeing weak and inconsistent officiating.
RU has historically been a second day team.
This is because of not so good seeding giving bad matchups.
Shawver wrestled a good match (IMO). He did lose to returning NCAA Champ. The first TD killed him at end of period and not holding him down for 20 seconds made him need an additional td at end. Heard coaches tell him to keep him down.
Oliveri appeared to be out of match shape.
Ayden did not give up when outmatched.
Was working during clarm match.

Win all three OK round, with only Oliveri with a WTF match and his head up his a$$.
Lose one we've got a real problem here.
Lose two, WTF is going on, did they eat Cheetos and watch TV all week?
Lose all three and Goodale deserves all the disparaging comments he's going to get.

Depends on your expectations, but i understand your point.
the results suck so far, no doubt. but in fairness, only Joey O was an upset
