Hope we are bowl eligible again. 6 wins will be a much harder task than this year.
I think we could anywhere from 5 to 8 games.

4-1 or 5-0 start, Rhule will be acting cocky and talking **** in press conferences then piss down his leg and finish 1-6 or 0-7.
^^^This^^^
Our first five games should be wins. And if we start 5-0 Rhule will be preening and posturing like a Peacock in heat. But other than Rutgers the remaining schedule are almost certainly all losses. Best case scenario: 6-6. But most likely we will lose one of those games we were supposed to win.
Everything hinges on two things. How good is our new QB? And how much better than last year will our defense be, if at all?

I’m not convinced Ohio is a win
They’re in a little turmoil right now after having to fire their coach. North Dakota may worry me as much as Ohio. You just have no idea what you’ll get from Ohio or Bowling Green. All 3 of those games are good prep for the conference. MSU will be better with their new staff.

5-0. Time for another extension.

Maybe Lateff will beat him out in the spring and fall camp.
I think he might. Everybody is kind of writing TJ off as the potential starter. I think they base it on how poorly we played as a team more than anything specifically wrong with TJ. That is unfair I think. I bet he plays well in the Spring and Fall. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he is the starter.

100% agree!

In fact, that game COULD be the start of the end of the Rhule era.

NU wins and they start 5-1 and all the fans that are scared of change will be happy.

NU drops that game and even those fans will start to see that a change is needed.
