Wow that was a marathon match. When there's a Cunningham on the mat, Casey's pretty liberal with the bricks.184 Final: Asher Cunningham vs. Caleb Campos (AU)
Period 1:
Here we go again! Hand fighting & tying up. Campos taps at the head & Cunningham gets a bloody nose. Blood stoppage. Back to action. Circling with Cunningham trying to tie up. Cunningham presses forward. Campos shoots a double & gets the TD, 3-0. Cunningham comes over the top, then works behind for the reversal, 3-2. Cunningham almost locks up a cradle. Stoppage & restart. Campos is still down. He works to his feet, but only for a moment. Campos stands again, but Cunningham brings him back down. Campos keeps working & gets the escape, 4-2. Stalemate & restart. Circling & hand fighting briefly. Campos is maintaining space. Cunningham ties up. Campos dives in on another double. Cunningham gets to a leg too. Campos finishes another TD, 7-2. Casey throws the brick. Call overturned. Cunningham gets a reversal & the score is changed to 7-4.
Period 2:

Period 3:
Cunningham takes down. He rolls & gets a reversal, 10-9. Cunningham throws in a boot. Cunningham tries to locks up a cradle, but no luck. Cunningham gets 2 swipes, but the score is only changed to 11-9. I think it should be 12-9 Cunningham. Both corners throw a brick. I'm not sure what the challenge is. Casey doesn't look happy. The scoreboard operators didn't add Asher's escape point at the end of the 2nd. Casey is complaining about that, but there's more going on than that.
Long review. I'm not sure what happened, but the score stays at 11-9 Cunningham. Campos starts down. Cunningham has RT locked up. Campos works to a quadpod, then rolls, but Cunningham stays with him & then looks for a turn. Campos is working for a reversal, but can't get it & time expires. Cunningham adds a RT point, 12-9. An ugly win is still a win. Great job Asher!
Asher Cunningham DEC Caleb Campos 12-9

Yes, and more.Wasn’t Zepeda the one that Bassett beat in OT in the 2024 Super 32 finals?
All these stoppages...wondering if it's fatigue fingers by Pete197 Final: Josh Barr vs. Stephen Little (LR)
Period 1:
Here we go with one more! Head tapping & tying up. Barr with some snaps. Barr reaches for a leg, but can't get there. Barr with some snaps. He shoots a double & finishes the TD, 3-0. Barr hooks the leg & gets Little bellied out. Out of bounds & restart. Little is still down. He tries a roll, but Barr stays with him. Barr hooks a leg & works the wrist. Little calls for a stoppage. Injury time for Little. It looks like his heavily taped left knee.
The review was so long Campos went portal before order was restored and finished as a Rutgers wrestlerWow that was a marathon match. When there's a Cunningham on the mat, Casey's pretty liberal with the bricks.![]()
Nobody knows the final score of Cunningham's match but he won. Barr won 9-1.Any scores on Asher & Josh.
WNO is before Super 32 so it went WNO, WNO, S32, U20sYes, and more.
2023 WNO: Zepeda MD Bassett 18-7
2024 Super 32 Finals: Bassett dec Zepeda 10-7 SV
2024 WNO: Bassett dec Zepeda 12-6
2025 U20 Trials: Bassett TF Zepeda 14-2
Zepeda seems to be trending in the wrong direction relative to Bassett. Or in Iowa-speak, he's leveling the field.
Asher won a close one, 12-9 or something like that. Josh beat Little 9-1 and honestly, just big brothered him. Admittedly, Little had a leg wrapped to start the match and he did tweak it a bit in the match, but Josh just horsed him around and looked really good (and that's tough to do against Little, who's both quick and strong).Any scores on Asher & Josh.
Kyle Dake says Asher won 13-9Any scores on Asher & Josh.
Anybody have any idea where Cunningham's second period escape, escaped too?184 Final: Asher Cunningham vs. Caleb Campos (AU)

Ah! "chancery". Thanks! Ha ha. Our coach/team permuted it to "chauncer". I guess that's how regional dialects used to develop. No Internet back then. When I was wrestling in high school, ... we referred to it as a bar and chancery, which I never hear anymore.
I just hate to say it, but, is it feasible that Casey takes his two sons to Rutgers (or another university that needs a quality coach) so they can be starters. I’m sure the two sons will provide plenty of thrills if they stay at PSU, but, they might achieve more elsewhere. Casey would clearly be a top level head coach. The big takeaway for me in this match was how incredible the in match adjustments and coaching from Casey were. In the opening sequence, Pierce had nothing for Herman in neutral, especially with that triceps tie. During the blood time, it showed Casey coaching something related to that tie and it was a completely different match after that. We are awfully spoiled with this coaching staff.

Let's be real. Slippery Pete coming over is the best thing that has ever happened to this board!@SlipperyPete i know there’s a few matches to go still, but just so I don’t forget, you’re awesome and much appreciated! You even did pbp for stuff with no video at Edinboro today! You are yet again, THE MAN!
If so, he could be at OKST right now. They went after him.
