Don Daley is horrendous and always has been.

Did you notice that tie up he didn’t want to call when we got possession but had to cause Mark was like 3 feet away yelling at him. Made the call late, finally.

double dribble no call to three for UF

chandler mugged twice in the lane and not calls either time

MoD fouled hard in lane no call

oweh offensive foul that was so so bad

just some really bad calls man, really bad.

This is wrong. If the offensive team has possession the 3 seconds is running, defender or not.

In NCAA basketball, an offensive player is prohibited from staying in their opponent's restricted area (the paint/lane) for more than three consecutive seconds while their team has control of the ball in their frontcourt. The count starts when a player has at least one foot in the lane and resets if both feet leave the area, or if a shot is attempted.
Key Aspects of the NCAA 3-Second Rule:
  • The Lane: The restriction applies to the painted area, including the lane lines, extending from the end line to the free-throw line.
  • Trigger Conditions: The violation occurs only when the offensive team is in control of the ball in their frontcourt.
  • The Count: The count pauses when a shot is attempted (or deemed imminent) and does not restart until the offense gains control of a rebound.
  • Leaving the Lane: A player can avoid a violation by ensuring both feet leave the lane, even if only for a split second.
  • Exceptions: There is no 3-second count during a throw-in, while dribbling, or when in the act of shooting.
If a player exceeds three seconds, a violation is called, resulting in a turnover and loss of possession for the offense.

And? You proving my point further? He said if he’s being defended it doesn’t count and that’s not true….

There are 105 moving picks in every game...They call a couple, if that.

Also, every Kansas guard pushes off on their drives and none get called.

An offensive player is only allowed to be in the lane for 3 seconds when their team is in possession of the basketball in the front court. The count begins once one foot enters the paint and does not reset until every part of the body leaves the lane or there is a shot attempt.

Where tf does it say he has to be alone :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

FL big man just parks in the lane. Multiple times I counted him parked in the lane 5,6,7,8 seconds. Do they just no call this anymore???
There are moving screens every play that’s never called. Also, traveling when a kid falls and rolls around with the ball, never called. I saw Fl bigs dragging feet on pivots, just lots of stuff.
The worst tho was the no calls while we were getting hammered in the lane.

Also, the foul call on Mo when his jersey neck was being pulled. These bad calls add up in a really big way when it’s that many in a single game.

Yes, they call it when it's Kentucky doing it (I think we got called either last year or the year before for one, and it hadn't been called in forever on anyone).

You can be on the floor and rolling around as long as your feet aren’t touching the floor.

lol last week during the UT game, the UT fans around me lost their damn minds later in the 2nd half on what should have been a walk on Johnson. Jasper caught a pass at the top of the 3pt line and he proceeded to shuffle his feet for about 5 seconds of more before ever taking a dribble. He moved backwards a good 3-5 feet. I was laughing that it wasn’t called but also embarrassed. It’s one of those things that nba guys have been getting away with so long that kids are doing it.

if the defender is in the lane with him it doesnt matter, the count starts if hes in the lane alone

I’m telling ya kid. You need to take a break from posting and watch a lot of basketball. Not just scroll recruiting sites. And by a lot of basketball, I mean years and years of it. Then you will be welcomed back here with open arms.

Poster should be too ashamed to post his/her rhetoric on this board anymore. Such a joke
