I'll let the numbers speak for me. But I do notice how many Big 10 lovers hate it when I'm right again and again.
Big 12 has 10 members.
Big 10 has 14 members.
Pac-12, the only conference that can count correctly in its title, has 12 members.
Big 12 has 6 teams in 2nd round of March Madness. That’s 60%.
Big 10 has 6 teams in 2nd round of March Madness. That’s 43%.
Pac-12 has 5 teams in 2nd round of March Madness. That’s 42%.
Not even close.
ONE POINT kept Big 12 from being first conference in history to go 7-0. If you want to hang your hat on the Texas loss by one point, go for it. But it does make you look irrational and pathetic. I've said for months that the Big 12 and Big 10, near the top, are equal but that the Big 12 depth is far superior to the Big 10 depth. And every Big 12 team is scheduled to play every Big 12 team twice, whereas the Big 10 lets your record reflect who you don't play as much as who you do play. And the 60% to 43% so far proves me right. No matter how much it rankles you to be wrong.
