1) Where do you think they go in the draft?

2) Does KJ Wright's success help open up new doors at Olive Branch? That could be huge. And combined with Summers' and Walker's experience at Ole Miss.

3) Proves JUCO recruiting is a must for MSU.

4) Does this mean Croom recruited well at MSU? And yes, he first got McPhee and White to commit to him. He deserves all credit for Sherrod and Wright.

5) We will have a drop off next year, hope we're prepared forit. Last year it was only Dixon. Hopefully though, the high school talent of the 2009 classand/or JUCOs fill these gaps to some degree.

1) Sherrod goes first round. McPhee and White will be 3-6 round picks. Wright at the very end or FA.<div>2) We're seeing with Dan Mullen that previously inaccessible places are opening up.</div><div>3) Past, present, and future.</div><div>4) He recruited decently, but this is not a case of leaving Mullen with a buttload of talent. Mullen and his staff get a lot of credit for developing these players. Crooms landed one of the most talented athletes we ever had in Pegues and wasted him completely.</div><div id="aeaoofnhgocdbnbeljkmbjdmhbcokfdb-mousedown">5) There's always a dropoff and the team is always young when you're getting players drafted. That is the nature of the college game. Our LB corps will be taking a big hit, but if Diaz is everything we think he is we should be fine next year. Unfortunately, this could mean that Diaz will be gone after next year.</div>

and yeah Croom was a horrible developer of talent. Is there any player he coached that actually got better? Titus Brown, CulbersonI suppose. But even so, they have shown to be NFL talent and Croom did not have them in a position to be drafted. Many more guys regressed than got better.

I hope we are talking about like Top 50...he was good...but I wouldn't have gone that far. <div>
</div><div>Croom was definitely a better recruiter than a coach...and that is sad because he really left us bankrupt at a few key positions like QB and WR. I will agree that he did a decent enough job recruiting OL and DL and landed some nice players in Wright, Mitchell, Chaney (via transfer) and Broomfield I guess. </div>

Sherrod probably skips the combine and goes 1st round.

The other three might skip if they are told they'll be taken 3rd or so. Any of them (most likely KJ, least likely McPhee) could jump up to 2nd or 3rd round with great combine results.
