I know everyone complained when the playoffs where expanded but 6A South is stacked from 1-8. I would not be surprised to see #7 Grassfield make a run. Obviously given their history Oscar Smith is the favorite until proven otherwise but it's great to have a bracket where any team could win it.

Grassfield could indeed make a run & I think Div 1 & 2 6A South may be the toughest bracket over Div 3 & 4 AND the 6A Northern Region too. I watched the Westfield vs South County game back in September. Neither team was near their 2015 version. Undersized OL / DL, DB's and linebacker weren't agressive, hard hitters either.

Oscar Smith is the likely favorite but Woodside, Grassfield, Cox, Bayside, Tallwood, etc are all going to be tough outs & would be right there ready to step in if Smith slips any.

Manchester is good out of Richmond. I am a little weary out of the beach district 6A's just bc this is the first year for a lot of them being good in a long time. But you are right that the games should be excellent for sure.
