It pains me to say it but after the loss yesterday, I wasn’t affected like I have been in the past. The last time I had this feeling was the last years when Tubby was here. The trajectory of our program currently is eerily similar to Tubby’s last years. Anyone else feel the same way?

Well, the last few years it’s been the normal thing for us to lose our non-con games against P5 opponents.

So, yeah, you do reach the point where you almost expect it. The days of losses like yesterday’s seeming like shocking things appear to be long gone.

I’m with you. My fanhood is in a holding pattern until this coach is gone or changes some things. I did the same thing the last few years of tubby tenure. I’m not “invested” anymore. Something will have to change to win me back.

I agree with you. The season is a marathon and not a sprint. You just wait until camp Cal gets here and look out then.

A win. Even a two point win would’ve been fine. You’re up 5 with seven minute or so left. You have to win that game. Period. Even to a great team. If you have the lead under seven there’s very little excuse for a loss. Especially against a bad team.

Truth is Tubby couldn't recruit and Cal can't coach and even worse, can't make even simplistic in-game adjustments.

He couldn't even draw up an out of bounds play to beat a YMCA team last night.

Stubborn and ignorant is a lethal combination and can only be overcome with an overwhelming assembly of talent, which we don't have.

Worst defensive mind since the drunk sat passed out wide awake on the bench.

I’ll be honest. I’m probably one of the biggest Calipari supporters on this board. I’m tired of this losing ****. UNC, Auburn, covid bought a bit of time. Calipari better start coaching like his job is on the line.

inthougjt we’d be ****** if we fired him, but we will out pay anyone in the country for a coach and that’s proven. We have the most coveted job in the country.
