They lost to an 8-1 SWAC school with an RPI of 170. We lost to a 3-6 SWAC school with an RPI of 329.
Beaten? Yes. Woodshed? I doubt it. This is one of those I think we can actually compete in and if Turner is waaaaay off, we have a small chance for a W.
Right now, the SEC looks pretty clear cut
There's UF - a final four contender.
ole miss, Missou, and UK - decent tournament teams.
Bama, Arkansas, UT - mid seed NIT
Everyone else is absolutely terrible, and could easily lose to about anyone else, any given day. aTm may have the best win of the bunch over UK, but also has the worst loss, giving LSU their only conference win (and LSU's schedule has not been difficult).
We might lose to aTm, but I highly doubt we get our doors blown off. A close win is far from out of the question.
