Cirrus. The CAPS has been standard on the Cirrus since they introduced it. It's probably the largest selling point however it has also caused people to take chances they shouldn't because they knew the CAPS would bail them out. There are strict limitations on when you can pop the chute and there have been more than few that have shredded because the pilot was outside the envelope when pulling the handle.
FAA did an interesting case study a couple of years ago on a guy that iced up crossing the Sierras. He pulled the chute and it shredded because he was too fast and over max deployment weight.
