A question about the Petrino accident report. ...

In the paragraph that starts "post accident activities" it says petrino was transported to a hospital by a "Captain Lance King" in King's ASP [Arkansas State Police] vehicle. I want to know who King is and how he found out about accident and why he delivered Petrino to the hospital if petrino needed medical care. Why not send him by ambulance? Covering up a lack of sobriety maybe?
