The powerhouse Iowa team we lost to TWICE, has an rpi of 190. They are 16-25 with one of the wins against a non D1 team. Two 17ing losses to a team just breaking the top 200 in rpi. He also projects that we need to finish 9-4 in the final 13 games to stay within the top 32 in rpi. That will probably need to be adjusted, however. Damn, this **** is getting so old.

We need to be 9-4 to get in- we won tonight, and we should beat Valley twice. That leaves us with six wins out of 10 games against UT, Ole Miss, LSU, and Memphis.
I think if we lose a game to Valley, it's all moot.
We'll see what kind of adjustments he makes as well. But, tonight was a needed win for us.

I don't see the big deal. 28-16 looks a helluva lot better than 26-18 does about right now. No excuse to lose to a very ****** team like that 2 times at home, with your weekend starters going. And if we don't make a Regional, you can point to those 2 games as the reason we didn't get in.
we started Statz in one of those game, and Devin Jones in the other. Jones pitched pretty well in his game, though.
