It's like holding someone who made a gun responsible for it killing someone? Amirite?
Do you support that? I'm sure there are far left people that would charge Remington for a murder, but don't know anyone personally who would support that.

This is what I'm talking about.

"Caught diverting funds" to actblue is a really stupid, wrong, and misleading way to describe what is happening here.

She's using actblue as a payment processor to make it easy for someone to give directly, with one click, to both charities.

If you "donate to the charities directly" the charities will still have to pay some kind of processing fee to a credit card company or some other payment processor. Just like they do to actblue (for many left aligned charities actblue is their ONLY payment processor). Just like every business does when you give them money with a credit card. **** me.

Again, I understand that you ****ing morons don't understand how anything works. It's just crazy that this nonsense is about to be acted on by government. Absolutely ****ing insane.
Just remember folks, this is the guy that four years ago was chugging all the COVID Koolaid the government could serve him. He swallowed every bit of their propaganda hook, line, and sinker.

@clempzenbill

I TOTALLY agree with you that some folks on here were selling snake oil by the 55 gallon drum.

This dude was selling it by the oil tanker load.

Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed “foreign contributions,” is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals. The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen? That is the biggest question being asked in D.C. They almost destroyed our Country. They should all be in jail!!!

🚨NEW: “Magic Mortgage” Scheme—ActBlue Cash Laundered Through Phantom Real-Estate Deals

The Election Fairness Institute’s report names ActBlue at the center of a nationwide “magic mortgage” operation.

Over 400 carbon-copy donations on a single day led investigators to scores of wildly inflated property “sales” in California and Texas—multiple transfers in a single day, private cash lenders, no public loan records, and addresses that don’t exist.

EFI says the pattern mirrors classic Bank Secrecy Act violations, pumped millions into federal races around each election cycle, and is now in the Justice Department’s hands for potential charges under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020.

If this holds, Democrats’ favorite piggy bank just got caught laundering soft money through ghost houses—perfectly timed to sway elections while lecturing America about “threats to democracy.”

Forget smurfs; this is a full-blown cartel moving real-estate monopoly money into campaign coffers.

The House should issue subpoenas before lunch, force ActBlue execs under oath, and freeze every tainted dollar until a forensic audit shows where the bodies—and ballots—are buried. 🇺🇸

Act Blue, just like the California fire fund are just 2 more examples of why NOT to give money to these and many other "charitable" organizations. In spite of the earnest pleas for help, once you give money, there is no guarantee that the money goes for the intended purpose.

I only give to organizations like tunnel to towers where 93% goes to veterans and the rest to overhead. Too often overhead at organizations can reach the 20-30% rate.

ActBlue is really just a fundraising platform. A processor. Almost like a political GoFundMe.

Can it be used for fraud? Absolutely. Same as paypal, gofundme, etc.

ELECTION INTEGRITY: What if ActBlue was simply a massive money laundering operation? It is being alleged that as much as 60% of donations funneled through the platform are from China. Senator Finchem and Whistleblower Shawn Taylor claim they have evidence that ActBlue is involved in real estate fraud and money laundering totaling in the billions in what they call, “The Motherlode of All Financial Crimes”.

Not sure why this was a reply to me.
The search function has regressed on the switch to the new board. Your post was the only one that turned up Act Blue. I was looking for one from iceheart but it is no where to be found. So i just replied to you. No other reason.

🚨Act Blue reportedly LIED to Congress about vetting foreign donations.

Per the New York Times:

Foreign donors “who paid through third-party apps like Apple Pay, PayPal or Venmo were not asked for passport information.”

As the NYT notes:

“Federal election law prohibits foreign citizens or people who are not permanent residents from donating directly to federal candidates or political action committees. Lying to or obstructing Congress is a crime.”

NYTimes: "In early 2025, a law firm working for ActBlue, the Democratic fund-raising behemoth, delivered the organization a startling warning. The firm concluded that ActBlue’s chief executive had given a potentially misleading response to congressional Republican investigators in a 2023 letter explaining how the organization vetted donations to ensure that they were not illegally coming from foreign citizens."

BOOM! ActBlue is in full PANIC MODE

cCaught potentially LYING to Congress about foreign donors flooding their platform with BILLIONS for Democrats!

Their own lawyers warned the CEO’s “multilayered screening” claims were BS.

Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo? Zero passport checks. Zero citizenship proof. Back door wide open for illegal foreign cash.

Election interference on steroids!

Shut ActBlue down.

Investigate. Prosecute. No more foreign money buying our elections!

What should happen to these crooks? Drop it below 👇

NYT just detonated a 4,000-word thermonuclear bomb on ActBlue...and it’s not rumors, leaks, or partisan bullsh*t. It’s straight from ActBlue’s own terrified lawyers’ internal memos.

Those memos warned their shady donation racket wasn’t “robust”...it was flat-out criminal.

The phrase that buries them alive? “Knowing and willful.”

They KNEW. They were WARNED in writing. And they kept the grift machine churning anyway.

Then the glorious rats-fleeing-the-sinking-ship collapse: Senior officials bail, in-house lawyers bolt, one attorney blasts the memo to the board and gets his access nuked instantly. HR warns against whistleblower retaliation… then quits 30 ******* minutes later.

That’s not turnover. That’s a pathetic, full-blown organizational meltdown.

NYT just lit the fuse right before midterms. ActBlue is cooked.

NYTimes report on Dark Money in politics: "In the 2024 election cycle, over 40 percent of the nearly $2 billion raised by the largest Democratic super PACs came from entities that did not disclose their donors, according to the Times analysis. That was twice the rate of the largest Republican super PACs that cycle."
