Ad free?

When I signed up, I thought I saw one of the features of “premium” was an ad-free experience. When in safari there is an ad-free toggle, but when you press it, it renders a message to click an upgrade button that doesn’t seem to exist.

The premium tier seems to have "less" ads and the ad-free tier costs $30 more a year on top of the premium cost.

You might try using a different browser if you're trying to pay for the ad-free tier. Chrome, Brave, Firefox, etc. might correctly show the button. It's possible it's not showing up if you have any kind of old adblocker installed or a number of other reasons. But, you could sign up using those other browsers and then revert back to Safari.

Just a thought.

Thanks. Another issue to pop up is that I don’t seem to have permission to post on premium threads - see message at bottom of screengrab. Any thoughts? Maybe just takes time for my subscription to process? Thanks

You wouldn't be able to see the premium forum w/out being a member so yeah, something is messed up. I'd either shoot @BenSherman a PM or email On3 support at [email protected]

You can also try logging out, then back in again. That may fix the access issue. if it doesn't, sending the support email is the fastest way to get it fixed. [email protected]

Ads are horrible on this site with the free subscription. I was typing a response and an ad popped up and it took my focus away so it stopped entering text. A few minutes ago a few size popup overlaid the entire site. Totally ridiculous. I was a paid subscriber on 247 because I got to enjoy being on the site as a free user. I can tell you now that with the amount of ads here I will never get to the point where I want to pay for content because the only reason I spend any time on here is to occasionally check thread responses, which is very painful.

Please send us a screenshot of what you're seeing - no ad should be blocking site features, let alone the entire page.

I suspect you saw the "AT&T takeover ad" that is in the process of being removed by the network ads team.

Note there are two subscription options - one that is reduced ads and one that is ad-free.

When I go to player rankings an ad goes on the screen and never leaves and there is not an “x” to close it out. On iOS.
