and maybe the only way for the NCAA to get control over this type of situation.

</p>
Saban, a former coach of the NFL's Miami Dolphins, said it may be time to ban NFL teams from college campuses in order to get the league to take seriously the issue of agents boldly breaking NCAA regulations. Alabama is considered one of the more welcoming schools to NFL scouts, who may come watch video at almost any time. </p>

But Saban says it may now be time for a change.</p>

"What the NFL Players Association and the NFL need to do is if any agent breaks a rule and causes ineligibility for a player, they should suspend his [agent's] license for a year or two," Saban said. "I'm about ready for college football to say, 'Let's just throw the NFL out. Don't let them evaluate players. Don't let them talk to players. Let them do it at the combine.' If they are not going to help us, why should we help them?"</p>

toward the Agent...and the Player... for violation of the contractual agreement ,player to the school, and ...agents interfering with a contractual agreement...or whatever it should be.

The reason they don't sue the player...what would come out,... otherwise this **** would be stopped!

Saban's response to this has put the sidewalk alums in orbit. They are convinced that his over the top response means the **** is just getting started.

The rumor in dead bear land is that "potentially" ingram and hoo-lee-o are involved.

Is it too late to change my bama prediction?

BWAHAAAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I lived in Alabama some time ago. There was legislation to seriously address agents that were doing this type stuff. This was basically to protect Alabama & Auburnunderclassmen and this may be the first test.

And I bet there's a clause in there that the player won't commit any NCAA violations. Besides, you don't need a contract to sue someone for damages.
