Preliminary brackets have Franklin in small which throws all these projections out the window. Their ADM says 953 which would easily make them large. If that really isn't their ADM and they are supposed to be small, looks like we all wasted a lot of time these last couple weeks.

They just swapped those two. Now West Caldwell and East Lincoln to meet in second round, potentially.
Huss a gets the higher seed because they in a split 2a/3a conference and won the 2a conference side of the split....I know I don't like it either
looking at a potential 3rd round match up with Bunn...after the way last season ended alot of people are hoping that comes true.....still alot of football to be played but im predicting a Clinton vs East Duplin Eastern Final.....waiting on the final bracket
L-Town said they wanted Shelby so bad,, but as soon as they saw a bracket where they could play Shelby, they start getting on the phones, saying this ain't right, y'all got go change it! Never saw a team that wanted to be small 2a so bad! Good luck in the playoffs tho!
if Clinton doesn't get home field advantage thru the east it will be a travesty. Clinton truly finished undefeated 11-0 and convincingly defeated Wallace Rose Hill who defeated East Duplin
Thats the way its looking in case im just not looking at it right....ED is the #1 overall seed judging by the way the bracket looks....sucks because all the Clinton fans are thinking back to last year and how we were screwed by the refs on the road at Bunn.....but it is what it is
Clinton should have the number one overall seed. According to the NCHSAA, East Duplin had a non-conference loss(Wallace-Rose Hill), which they dropped, but Clinton has a true undefeated record, so the Dark Horses get the higher overall seed. All playoff games should be at home.

All playoff games in 2AA east would go through Clinton. Not sure what you guys are talking about.
There was some confusion cause of the way the bracket looked in the past the number 1 seed was at the top.....We all know we have homefield now

Yeah I don't think anyone in Lincolnton is that cocky. We'll just play one team at a time, whoever the bracket gives us. And to be honest, when the brackets first came out and had us large, it was the second round matchup with East Lincoln that I did not care for one bit.
