Boogie Fland declared a couple days ago. Curious to see if DJ hangs around and what Knox does. Knox is a big one for them.
Is he expected to stay in it?

I'm not sure what the rules are now since everyone already has agents. That IG post sounds like a "goodbye" though.

If it's the one I am thinking of he thought Adou and Fland were the only losses they would have and everyone else would return along with their incoming freshmen. I can tell them if they do some aren't playing because Cal will never platoon again.
I think Thiero was projected around 26th pick so I can see him being ready to move on. Yaxel was like 28th I think on nbadraftroom

Only 25 percent from behind the arc last season. That hurts but Chuck Hayes was about as poor a shooter and did okay in the NBA.

Even the kids that can't make the NBA if their good enough to get 500K or so for 4 years in a roll in collage that is also life changing money if you manage it right to a lower extent.

It will be worse for the Hogs when Cal gets his sea legs. He will still bring in 5 star freshmen only to watch them leave early. His misses though have a chance of hanging around now due to NIL. A "one and done" like Wagner has the possibility of a senior night now with the the new NIL landscape. I still think they experience lots of turnover in year 2 and beyond because if Cal can really get rolling recruiting he will just push these fringe guys out for his freshmen.
If Wagner stays he would be the first 3-year starter for Cal since Memphis at least which is why I can't see him sticking around and being labeled a failure by Cal standards.
I like Adou, and hope he succeeds. I hope he gets drafted and gets a huge contract.

I think most of us pulled for Adou. Came in as a low ranked player. He improved every year. I wish him the very best.
The G League is full of guys like him, great athletes who just cannot shoot- hopefully this works out for him
Then we need a lot of players really quick we only have 4 coming in so far.

Always loved Thiero’s hustle and physical style of play. I wish he would have stayed with us last year. Wasn’t a great shooter but he had a level of physicality and athleticism that we were missing a bit of. Shouldn’t be a problem this next year for us, though.
I wish him the best and he’ll always be a Cat in my eyes. He will have a tough path to making an NBA roster long term but he has potential.

Brazile I would like to come back they have him currently from 2nd round to undrafted.
If it's a coach cal team you assume everyone is gonna leave for the draft regardless of draft positions (Livingston) and if anyone comes back it's a pleasant surprise.
I'm not a fan of Adou. Him nor Z would give Pope the time of day when they were both already here and knew Pope needed players.
If that happens nothing I can do about it. The chicken man likes him a foots the bill so nothing I can do.
