Wonder how they are going to rent/sell these? I would think they would be like the skybox program. Anyone have any input?

Well this is an interesting concept. For the folks who will make it a main residence they will have bright lights shining into your crib at night for months, noises such as cowbells, bats and hoorays to contend with when you want to chill and BBQ smoke aroma.

If its for a migratory sports fan it will be ok.
