Logging in a moment ago Microsoft gave me the option to click on Bing (who knew it was even still around?) and use their DALL-E image creator.
I typed in "bulldog walking wearing maroon leather jacket and wearing sunglasses sidewalk football field sunset".
I met a Dom from Singapore that had that same studded maroon jacket.
He probably still never hurt you as much as MSU.

I was right - user error. Looks like I clicked on a link for another image generator that is apparently not as good as Bing’s.
When I found the right one, I changed the prompt a little and got this:
