Mooresville won last couple years by total of 9 points. AL Brown seems to play them tough. But this year Mooresville defense is legit and the offense has been rolling. Regardless of what the score is Mooresville should take this one.
Seen ALB owns the series 26 to 17 over the Blue Devils. Been a good rivalry down through the years.

Mooresville doesn’t have a good enough Defense to hold Kannapolis under 20!
I will say this. The JV game should be a good one. Them boys of AL Brown look like they had the size of Varsity players on the line. I’m want be able to make it but that be a good game for anyone that can go out to see them.

Wouldn’t go that far. I do think this game will be competitive. AL Brown does have an offense full of weapons. On paper I would’ve said before the season as many weapons as HR. You’ve got the QB, you’ve got the RB, and you’ve got 3 guys that could be WR1 at almost every school in the conference. I don’t think you’ll only score 7. Even if it gets out of hand, we tend to sub as early as possible in those scenarios… y’all will score.

I'm just looking at the Hickory Ridge Mooresville game where Hickory Ridge where Hickory Ridge came back on Mooresville in one quarter and almost won the game. If a team can do that to them, then with AL Browns athletes on offense they can score against a squad that will allow that many points in one quarter.
The Kannapolis offense can get in rhythm at times but has not put together 4 qtrs yet this season. The secondary is atrocious and has been the Achilles heel all year. The team plays hard and I like the long term vision of the program by Coach Hardin but we have a long ways to go to get back to Championship football.
You’re missing the part where we gave them 3 out of those 4 scores by losing focus. We spent the whole quarter trying to punk them instead of playing ball.
Also… let’s not forget that for three Qtrs that HR offense was only able to score once and only crossed mid field once before halftime lol
It’s going to come down to two things for ALB Friday night… can the OL protect and open things up for the 1k yard rusher… and can the DBs cover.

The A L Brown JV’s are on a up swing. And the future looks bright, but I still believe Mooresville takes this game.

No. But I do think they can play them close enough to pull a upset. David did take down Goliath.
Let’s be honest they are not great but they are better then their record.
I have a feeling that the A.L. Brown staff is ready for this senior class to graduate and move some of the younger players into starting roles. Kannapolis has talent, but just not enough good talent, and they aren't deep at all. I'd say the Wonders have about 20-25 really good players, but the dropoff from that point is very significant.
I don't think Mooresville wins by 40+, but I do feel they grind the Wonders down and strongly pull away in the second half.
But, from I've seen, you never know which ALB team will show up on any given Friday, if the best Wonder squad shows up, it'll be a fight. But if they lay down and quit, the rout will be on.

I hope your right and I'm not trying to be a negative nelly, but I'm trying to be a realist here. I don't understand what is going on in the secondary. I don't live in Ktown anymore but I do watch the stream every game but it's hard to see what is going on.
