I think everyone has a few people that hey wish they would have been around to see in their prime. He's one of those guys for me.

Some of the greats passing on this year, Prince and now Ali.

Always rooted against him, but he was an incredible athlete and a brilliant fighter.

Floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee. One thing many people forget is he was as tough as they come. Fought 10 more rounds after a busted jaw in the second to lose a decision to Norton. It was a nasty break too, with jagged edges.

He took some crazy hits against Liston and won the fight anyway.

His taunting of Foreman when he sparred multiple fighters in a simulated fight was hilarious. "Bomaye" is still the ultimate trash talk/psych job.

RIP. He was the greatest. And when boxing had some of the best fighters of all time he was on top.
Howard is interviewing him again on the other side and it's probably drawing quite the crowd!

Great tribute to him

Was a pleasure to be able to watch his life. The good and the bad. He made every fight a showpiece.
