This season has been a struggle for the Hawks. In a rivalry game anything can happen. The home field advantage is almost a push, but could favor the Colonels as the fans in Gretna have felt like the expectations are not being met.
If that happens AltaVista will win.

I saw in paper this morning that Gretna has given up 35 or more points in 6 straight games. We have some offense, but zero defense.

So you figure the three picks , two for TDs, and three fumbles, two picked up and ran in is on the defence. When your offender gives up 28 points you not going to win. Like Tusntall up 14-12 in second half and have four turnovers, three giving them the ball inside there red zone and only giving up one score to lose 20-14. Or like William Campbell scoreless right before halftime n you calling timeouts to get ball back for last minute n half n with 80 yards to go run up middle, fumble the ball leading to their first score. Or like Chatham game where special teams and defence account for four of your seven scores to win game. Offence averaging five turnovers a game. Never win like that. Actually offence has given up about as many of them points as defence. In one of the two wins the offence was outscored by special teams n defence.
