who finds this board a little dull and less informative with C-34 gone? I'm sure this will draw much fire, but it is just my opinion.

If by "informative" you mean C34 flinging his monkey feces at the wall until it sticks then yes.

The wealth of actual credible info available on sixpack has not suffered one iota.

Also, basketball season will be a tad less like shoving an icepick into my eye.

It seemed C-34 brought out the best / worst in others and the result was more informed opinions being wriiten. As stated. jmo. As far as 34's actual posting it did seem he was proven right more than wrong during the basketball off-season. As a totally independent observer, it seemed some posters disagreed simply because it was C-34. But no matter I will not be drawn into the "who shot John?" world. Aside from the un-called for profanity, I have always enjoyed SPS, and still do, and wanted to pose the thought. Also meant to say it appears to me we have many more, percentage wise anyway, non-MSU threads.

And its not even close. What was he right about? Stansbury needing to go? He had been saying that for half a decade. Pretty much every coach is going to be "let go" eventually. He was going to stick with it until he was eventually "proven right".

Is C34 the one who did a teaser of the week brought to you by North East Central feed and seed each week?

So you start a "I miss peaches. Who's with me?" thread, and you are surprised/offended when people say "No I do not miss him"? That's some 17ed up ****.

I have a serious question. If that board is more informed about our team, and more knowledgeable about X's and O's, then why did the majority of posters have us losing on this board, yet a HUGE majority had us winning on ED?

While I can't remember exactly which poster it was, and I do not believe it was him, what I miss more than anything else is the daily thread on how Ole Miss' recruiting class is falling apart.

Sure, I miss him about

as much as I would **** ups like this guy if he would ever leave^^^^^.

If you were around from the beginning of when Peaches came on the scene (what was it like '03?), the board took on a less "funny" mojo. The early days may have been as negative, but negative in more of a funny way. His incessant bitching about Stansbury and his constant patting himself on the back just made the conversations a bit of a downer that never fully recovered. Just my opinion, which isn't worth anything I admit.

If you mean it is dull because there isn't a need to constantly figure out a new way to argue with the same tired *** statements over and over, then yes it is very dull now. Although Fishwater is helping with the top 20 football wins argument.

For the record I don't care either way, but he did go out on a limb to leave the board and start a new place. He moved on. Let it go.

Probably because most on there didn't think we could lose if we held a potent offense to 21 points, after Dan had all GD off season to alter the offense. No body on either board would have picked us to lose if the stipulation was our defense only allowing 21 points. Don't be ignorant.

I thought if we held them to 28-31 points, that we'd win because I thought for sure we could grind out 4 TD's on the ground, but I didn't factor in an incompetent, shell shocked, Freshman performance from a 5th yr SR QB.
