It’s short for Tardigrade or Water Bear. It means people who have incredible resilience.
Can someone get Lebby the cliff notes of this letter. So he can understand it.
To be clear, Im a "fix the defense" tard. If he's unwilling to fire his buddies, then I am a "Fire Lebby" tard.

FYI, Michigan State just fired their coach after two seasons. He had a better record than Lebby.
They'll never find a decent replacement. Just ask people on this board. In fact, some on this board need to be on their hiring committee and remind them that you don't fire a coach after two years no matter how awful he is.
