If Carolina can do it, we can given time, right? Not trying to be sheepish, but I feel
Like our great recruiting is gonna start paying Off for us soon. I think we're a couple of Years away from some great things. Top ten classes have to
Pay off somewhere down the road. Of course they still have to be coached too...

But as we all know, the last two NC's have been won by SEC teams.

I think the SEC is getting to a point where we're starting to distance ourselves from everyone else as a conference in baseball. Would anyone be surprised if Florida won it next year? I wouldn't.

To me, that's good news for us. If we can build a team that can get to Omaha, we've got a pretty good chance to win the whole thing.

South Carolina's pitching may not have been as highly regarded as UCLA's, but they weren't that much worse. And South Carolina had a better hitting team, and a more balanced team than UCLA- going with the eye test, the season stats may prove me wrong. I don't remember Carolina making very many errors either.

What's going to probably happen is you're going to see elite players from across the country- I'm mainly talking California here because it's already happening with guys from Texas, Florida, and Georgia- going to SEC schools. It's just going to get better, and tougher.

baseman to a dogpile accident in the regional will do that. I think the SEC in baseball is becoming like the SEC in football. Almost everybody wants to win. Almost everybody has great facilities. Lets hope bama remain apathetic. Letting Clemson out bid you for a super is pretty bad.

but Fresno State took them out.

It's amazing to see Georgia go from the national title series in 2008 to 5-23 in SEC play in 2010. That's quite a quick and hard fall. Then again, Georgia has been doing that for years now, finishing around last in the SEC one year, going to Omaha the next, then finishing near the bottom the next year.
