Scott Van Pelt just tweeted Henderson's NCAA tourney stats

14-42 overall, 7-27 from 3 point land. As I've said before, he's not a great shooter. He just puts up so many shots that some are going to go in. Christ, when you put up 20 shots per game, you should average around 20 points. And he's also a huge douchebag. That is all.

They made it to the second round because Wisconsin couldn't throw the ball in the ocean on Friday. Henderson started that game 1-13 and they were only trailing by 3 because Wisky was so horrible on offense. Then he follows that up with a sweet 8-21 performance today, including 4-15 from 3. Many TEAMS don't take 15 3-pointers in a game. I hate the way Henderson plays basketball with all his crazy shots and I'm glad he's gone. He'll be an afterthought by Tuesday.

Someone from the crowd was yelling about cocaine and his sister being a ***** and he shot him the double bird.

I'm curious what the Auburn fans did...or the Vandy fans...or the Tennessee fans....

I once saw Mike Ditka flip off his own fans while heading into the locker room for halftime in the Super Dome. It was both insulting and hilarious. I would imagine the crowd in KC felt similar.

I wish I had the ability to rewind live tv. After one of his 3's he did a smoking (blunt) gesture.

Hypothetical, how many weeks/days

Would Henderson have made it on Rick Ray's roster? Not saying Ray is a great coach but he does appear to have some rules and enforces them. I
Bet we have no idea of the circus that surrounds this guy but AK appears to have handled him as we'll as anyone could.

I don't think they can deny it. Henderson was asked about it in the press conference and explained why he did it.

Get a DVR cable box. Best $5-$7 per month you'll ever spend on TV viewing (tied with the sports package). I almost never watch live TV again, but when I do rewinding it just takes one push of a button.

Don`t know that answer but reading this AM`s news Ole Miss picked up a ton of bad pub from keeping this goofball around. Nice job AK.

So were you just now getting around to watching the 2011 title game when you proclaimed Butler to be a better job than UCLA?

Last 11 years:

Butler - 7 NCAAs, 4 Sweet 16s, 2 Final Fours
UCLA - 7 NCAAs, 3 Sweet 16s, 3 Final Fours

Very little difference between the two. Plus Butler just made a major upgrade in conference affiliation, while UCLA's got worse by adding Colorada and Utah.

Using your very narrow minded approach, the Pac 12 has two Sweet 16 teams to one for the new Big East - which means absolutely nothing when comparing the UCLA and Butler coaching jobs.

I am really enjoying the irony of how much the holier than thou fan base is so proud of such a horrible representative for OM. It warms the heart.

Exactly, I mean this is the same crowd that claimed to be utterly offended by the Dawg Pound Rock.

It really is awesome how they have embraced the guy. I told an OM friend I have known forever that if he played at State we would have never heard the end of what a thug POS the guy is. But put him in an OM uniform and he is 'passionate and loves the game'. You cannot make this **** up. I haven't said a peep since they got beat. It is more fun that way cause ey are just waiting for it.
