And think when we played them in the NCAA's

We were a lot of people's pick to advance to the Final Four out of that region. We kind of underachieved through the year, but really turned it on late in the season and advanced to the SEC Tournament final, losing a close one to Kentucky. And the NCAA actuallydid us a favor by putting us in Birmingham for the first two games. Butler was probably underseeded as a 12, but we still should have won that game. Guy makes a running bank shot with 6 seconds left and then Bowers misses an open 3 at the buzzer. Butler went on to beat Louisville in the next round and advance to the Sweet 16.</p>

from the field while Brandon Vincent(2-2 for the game) sat on the bench is what sticks in my mind the most about that horrible game. Yes, Vincent played 19 minutes but I believe that we win that game if his minutes top 30, especially if those minutes are taken from Ignerski..

And Brad Stevens was only 26 when that game was played. Now at 34 he's had them in the championship game twice. They were tossing up bricks like they had MSU on their jersey's last night. Gotta give UCONN credit for playing relentless defense... the difference maker in my opinion.

Zimmerman was awful too. As a team, we were well under 40%. And it wasn't that Butler was playing that great defensively. We had plenty of wide open 10-ft jump shots. We weren't missing tough shots. We were missing easy ones.

Iggy took the last shot that game? I can't remember, but I just seem to have the thought in my head.

go a good look from the wing off a feed by Zimmerman. It just didn't go down.

That was the last play as I remember it.
