That’s not what that tweet actually said though.

He left PSU for VT last Monday or Tuesday, started at VT very quickly, and helped set up and run their recruiting stuff this past weekend.

Word is that this decommit ploy started at PSU soon after Franklin’s firing, so well before Mason left for Va Tech.
