Just what I've heard from people who knew him in college and have seen him since, it's pretty obvious why he hasn't gotten a chance. Apparently he has reverted to his Croom era fitness level.

Hated to hear it, but it sounds like he has no one to blame but himself. Maybe getting cut will motivate him get back to his senior year form. I'm just afraid he's not a guy who can sustain that level of fitness for more than a year.

He doesn't play well heavy. I think his best career move would be to drop back down to 225 and find a team that needs a true RB. I think if he gets cut then he'll end up somewhere he may get a better opportunity.

Seems to me he's either got in with the back up o-line has has been put in the game in only the most obvious running situations. His last few carries this past year came against teams with at least 10 men in the box. That seemed to happen a lot to him this year. 49er's with a lead late, the other team desperate for a stop, loading the box and AD gets stopped for a 2-yard gain.<div>
</div><div>Plus, we all know from his State days, he gets better as he gets more carries. In SF, he'll get a few plays, then ride the pine.</div>
