Come on. No we don’t. I don’t know what I can say to convince you that Alfano is an awful human being that doesn’t belong at Rutgers. You’ll just have to trust us.

I only hope that he finds football success at LSU and plays Sundays.
His chances in college are over, he need to pray for a opportunity in the XFL because he has no future in the NFL

No. It comes down to knowing the facts. He is mentally ill. Family members, doctors, lawyers, law enforcement, coaches and team leaders wont change that fact.

2-3% of the population is bi polar. Most people with bipolar actually have a condition called anosognosia which is a mental condition that prevents them from realizing they have a bigger mental condition. Those people do not want treatment and will refuse treatment. Most people who are bipolar actually go untreated. 10-15% of the people with bipolar will eventually commit suicide.

I never really understood bipolar, until recently when I met a friend of a friend who is bipolar. I always thought of bipolar as just mood swings, but it is MUCH worse.

People who are bipolar will have mood swings but they can be very abusive, violent and dangerous. I really dont want to be around my former friend. I consider that person dangerous.

Anyone ever see the videos of Brittany dancing with knives? It will not end well for her. Pete davidson crashed a car into a house a couple months ago. That was not a random accident. He was having an episode. He did not take a driving class after the accident. He checked into a clinic.

Once i was driving and my former friend actually grabbed the steering wheel and tried driving us off the highway. I did a poll on a bipolar message board and asked if anyone had any similar experiences and 19 out of 20 people that replied said the same thing happened to them.

Whenever I see videos of someone freaking out on a plane or pushing someone onto subway tracks I assume they are either bipolar or have some kind of mental illness.

Pretty dumb post.

How about accurate vs inaccurate?

Maybe the staff should ignore the mental issue like you did.

Really dumb - not being a mental health professional and thinking you could make a mental health diagnosis without meeting people.

Insanely dumb - thinking a message board poll is somehow a substitute for a medical edcation.

Really, insanely dumb - suggesting that 1/30 Americans should be denied the ability to drive or play football.

We are not prescribing meds here. No medical degree required. We are talking about a player who might transfer

The player has mental issues. He admits to epilepsy and was diagnosed by his own doctor. He quit on Alabama and simply stopped practicing. He was having seizures at Colorado and penned a letter claiming epilepsy was controlling his life. There were stretches where he was not even medically cleared to practice. He was also arrested at Colorado. There are more issues than epilepsy. He was not arrested for epilepsy. Insanely dumb to ignore those issues.

Buddy, I hate to break this to you, but you have no idea what you are talking about in regards to bi-polar individuals. I was raised by a Bi-Polar father (diagnosed, takes meds for it). You’re description and idea of anyone with the disorder is remarkably ignorant

My God- we are back to the 18th century with this one. Relating Epilepsy to mental illness.
And the- forbid if someone is bi- polar. Also, does not mean a damn thing against that person, treated with meds and understanding.

And no- normal bi- polar does not mean a person is going to grab the wheel and try to drive off the road.

And to top it off- you and there was someone that called the kid a horrible human being.

He has done dumb stuff, seems like trouble does follow him and the understanding in HS is that he was a bully.
It sort of sounds like so many in the NFL- but does not make him a horrible human, just don’t want him here and hope he gets himself in order.

Stupid comments like beggars can’t be choosers show how weak your argument is. He doesn’t fit the culture that the program emphasizes. Otherwise he’d have been in an RU jersey already.

You’d rather manwhore yourself for a cheap thrill not realizing you’d never get to the thrill part.
Spoken like a guy who gave 0000000 dollars to the NIL. That’s how recruiting works in 2023.

Are you related to RUSCFORMERLYLOU because you're literally always wrong. Can't help that you turned any conversation on NIL into a toxic bitchfest on the Round Table that even someone like me that really wants RU fans to give had to tell you to STFU.

If anything you clearly demonstrate an inability to understand what Schiano values in the players he recruits.

Schiano needs to value more than 2 and 3 .
stars. Or we will continue to stink in the BIG

You are an excuse maker just like the vast majority of the posters here. Excuse excuse excuse Schiano has come out and spoken out about the need to donate to the NIL and you are here making crap up. He has asked for $$$$$$!$. I understand what he said because he could have not said it any more clearly. He needs us to give to NIL he said it.

Typically fan statement which shows how little you know about the process of building a roster.

Those 2/3* guys anchored a top 30 defense this year. You know guys like Tyreem Powell, Mo Toure, Deion Jennings, Max Melton, Robert Longerbeam, etc. Or the B1G's leading rusher?

You value style over substance and want the square peg for the round hole. Then when it doesn't work you'll blame the staff.

If anything you should be complaining about the offense because Greg's missed badly on many recruits in his early classes. But here we are on page 7 on a guy that has more red flags than Elizabeth Taylor had husbands.

I can't help that the majority of the alums at this school suck. I went to school elsewhere and have contributed more to NIL than 80-90% of RU alums.

******** like you don't know how to have conversations that encourage people to donate. You just act like a whiny, sniveling little kid when faced with pushback. You exude small dick energy and minimize the impact you want to make.

Now with all that said, what Greg has asked for is in no way tied to this kid. Greg isn't taking this kid in a hundred years even if he had the dollars.

as the wins come the stars ( that doesn't take a lot of NIL payment) will rise
Rutgers will always be a program that gets 2-3 star players and some will develop nicely while others will keep the bench warm.\When RU starts getting Bama type support, send the attack dogs after Greg for too many low star players

It is a case of doing the best you can with what you can get and Rutgers never has been a program where the getting is good because it never is geeing good enough support to
be a constant top program.
At best the support brings home a winner that makes minor bowl games and 7 to 9 wins a year.

We can say "get a HC that can make RU great", but to do that RU must be willing to pay the price and so far what Rutgers offers to be its the HC doesn't look close to the price is right when talking numbers with the upper echelon of HC's

Schiano develops 2-3 star rosters with a sprinkle of 4 star talent, into a winning program, but he can't make the program great with the talent that comes to Rutgers.
#1 the talent isn't there to make RU great
#2 Greg is good at building, but isn't one of the best when it comes to coaching
Having a winning offense to go with his great defense seems to be something he can't grasp or let his OC be able to run a wide open offense under him but is forced to plan a conservative offense that seldom scares anyone except RU fans

Serious question here, has Greg ever stated how long he wants to do this? I’m mean he’s 57 now, not everyone once to work into their 70 like Saban.
I have no point to the question, not saying he’s going anywhere. Just wondering if he ever said
