we were outclassed by LSU and couldn't beat Auburn who was playing a ton of RFr and true Fr. Jury is still WAY out on whether the current level of our recruiting is going to ever allow us to compete consistently with the top half of this league.
and they have nothing on the lines. I knew Bradley Sowell sucked, wtf were the talking heads talking about. Their lack of effort is like Jackie's 2003 bunch.<div>

especially to the homers that are riding Mullen because we're not in the driver's seat for the SEC West right now.
That was Mullen's time to put up or shut up and beat a western division team on the road other than Ole Miss. At this point, I'm not sure how good we are compared to the rest of the sec. Arkansas St. beat Memphis by 44 and Auburn got beat by an average Clemson team by two touchdowns. If I had to guess, we go 6--6 or 7-5 and play in the Pizza Bowl in Birmingham or the Liberty in Memphis.</p>
Mississippi fan's mantra is that Nutts is killing Mullen in recruiting, and once Crooms recruits are gone, we wont be worth a ****. Say what you want- but Mississippi didnt look like they had as much talent as Vandy today- let alone us. <div>maroonmania said:

</div><div>We will NEVER be what Alabama and LSU are with Saban and Miles as their coaches. We cant possibly recruit the way they do. LSU was 11-2 last year and finished 3rd in the West- until the West talent drops some- we arent going to win it.</div>
A lot of people forget that even Croom was able to get some good players in around year four-five. If he can do it, I have faith that Dan can do it as well- especially since our program has come a long ways since then in terms of atmosphere, facilities, and national prestige.
about? That word is terrible when talking about sports. The only thing that I think you mean is their recruiting classes are better then ours. If anybody on this board thought we were going to win, then you truly are out of touch.
What pisses me off about the LSU game is 2 things. First, our play calling was horrible, but the DEFENSE that played Thursday night should have played like that last Saturday, and we would be 2-1!
