I hope we have to think about this problem but say we do pull a lot of the ones left on the board... Do we gently pull some of our offers?

we may have 1 or 2 on our list we don't end up signing due to academic issues? With the hard signing cap you certainly can't take the risks on guys qualifying late that you used to be able to.

If they are questionable in February - tell them to get their grades straight & they can grayshirt, come innext spring. Isn't that the way it works? Or would they still have to sign this spring to be able to do that?

And I hate to say it, but it's normal for a guy to flip between now & signing day. If there's someone we'd like to drop, just stop talking to him & send his tape to UM --- they needall the help they can get.
