My wife and I recently moved to Palm Desert, California and have yet to find any fellow alumni or fans. Are there any out here interested in getting together and watching some Bulldog athletics?

Yes, although I'm getting ready to move back to MS soon.

I created an alumni group on Facebook which still exists , but never did get a game watch organized. There are a few Bulldogs here, but the challenge is we are so spread out.

I know of a couple. I recently kick started an alumni chapter in the opposite direction of Starkville. If you're interested in doing the same over there, PM me. I'd love to help.

There is a link to it here on the msstate alumni facebook page. There are a decent amount in that group, but its not an easy drive to anywhere in LA County. There is a large LSU alumni group here, they meet in the Manhattan Beach area and they have an annual crawfish boil that gets good attendance.

I'm sure its possible to organize at least one successful gathering per year, I just never got around to it!
