I know Shelby will play Crest the 18 of Feb. Anyone else knows their team scrimmage game. I still not sure who South Iredell has. But will look into it. It’s going to be short from 1st practice to the 1st game. Hopefully things go good.

South Iredell scrimmages Lake Norman Feb 19. And Also Mooresville scrimmages Statesville Feb 19.
Here's a thought that entered into a discussion last night. With winter weather expected the early part of this week, schools could get behind on practice dates. There are a required amount of practices before full contact and scrimmages. Some mountain schools may lose their scrimmage and have to jump straight into Week 1.
We wont be able to see any of them...the state says no spectators at scrimmages......
I swear we are in the twilight zone. Itd be a shame if people were within 50 feet of each other with masks on OUTSIDE.
It’s amazing no spectators at a scrimmage but 2 weeks later it’s okay to have them at a game! Football is outdoors, there should be fans on each side of the stadium even if in limited numbers. I have heard visiting teams can’t have fans, that’s just dumb! A lot of kids will be playing football for the last time in their lives and we are going to tell parents you can’t see away games??? Come playoff time kids will play their last snap on the road and no one, not even family members, will be there to cheer them on, that’s just sad and the state needs to rethink their rules!
If you got players tackling each other, wrestlers wrestling each other and basketball players bumping into each other. Surely you can get more than a 100 fans into a stadium without touching each other. That’s the part that doesn’t make sense.

You are correct I was so ramped up I didn’t even look at the dates.
Both teams have 5/6 starters playing basketball and the last basketball game is Feb 19 let’s see how that works. Both b ball teams have 1 loss combined and deep playoff runs expected!
I read that no fans will be allowed for scrimmages. Anyone know if school will stream the scrimmage?
Don’t no about streaming but I have talked to a few people that plan to show up at the scrimmage anyway! They will be turned away but a Shelby/Crest is always something you want to see in person...oh well Covid-19 wins again
I would think so the been streaming all Basketball and Soccer game on School Websites (no charge)
So zero fans OUTSIDE at a football scrimmage, but fans INSIDE at a basketball game is okay? Yes it’s very few fans at basketball but there are fans!

Tuscola vs Madison scrimmage being moved to 2/20 from 2/19.
I did read in the Salsibury paper that they would scrimmage. But didn’t see a date for it. But I did read where South Rowan picked up a couple AL Brown transfers. Does 84K or any AL Brown fans have any insight. Sounded like they may have a better team than what they been having.

I was going back and forth on each Tuscola and Pisgah, both videos just freeze up as soon as I turn them on, though it was just me or my internet, guess it's something on the schools' end.
Yeah my family in Asheville said theirs was freezing up also. I’m in Charlotte so it must be on the schools end or in Haywood Co
Dont feel bad. Ours is just as horrible. If they are gonna stream it would be nice to at least have some clarity as well.Terrible way to watch anything.This sucks
