He is already tough to stop but this is also his first real season in the NBA. Just imagine in a couple of years if he can add a mid range jumper and his passing. There is no way the Clippers manage to keep that guy when contract time comes up.Hopefully he will just move on over to the other tenant of the Staples Center.
Not sure about the Clippers though, although if they had a few pieces and with the Lakers getting older I could see them becoming the class of not only LA but the East, I am that high of Griffin. Unlikely, but stranger things have happened.
Unless they have new management, and I don't believe they do, they'll let him go the minute he's up for a new deal. He'll make a killing on the free agent market and end up somewhere where he'll get his shot at playoffs and titles.
