Anyone else on hear think the diamond dogs might be a little better

than expected? I do. I think our guys are really excited about playing for Cohen and that he has re-energized the players and program and this will result in this team being a pleasant surprise this year. I'm not saying we win the SEC Championship or even the west, however, i think this team will make the Sec tourney and might squeeze into a regional. We shall see.....

I think the is no chance in hell we finish last in the SEC like we were projected. I think SEC Tournament is definately a possibility. Getting into a regional might be a little bit of a stretch, but if our starting pitching stays healthy unlike they did last year, I think this season will play out much better than last years.

we could have another long season. If they do, I'm thinking we could be decent....

And I don't think a regional is completely out of the question. But I really do think this team's upside is very limited because of Polk's piss poor recruiting. Good coaching + good attitudes + hard work + talentless players = a lot of losses.</p>
