The FXX channel is now showing a Simpson's episode marathon. All 600 episodes will be aired. They are currently at episode #20. Great TV show. I honestly believe I've seen all 600 episodes.

That's 12 and a half straight days... holy crap.


I had no idea it was still on... this is currently the 26th consecutive season? Wowser

I got every episode on my file server. I believe I bought the first season on DVD when it came out. I think I have a Bart Simpson "Don't have a cow, man!" t-shirt from '89 in a box somewhere. It was the Family Guy of its day. The years sure do go by!

I think the only other weekly TV shows that have lasted longer are 60 mins., Meet the Press, Face the Nation. Impressive.

Such a great show and I was watching some of the episodes last night. The one where Burns runs for governor was like watching the campaign for president all over again. South Park has been running marathons as well on Comedy Central, for my money, the Woodland Critter Christmas episode is one of the funniest and darkest episodes of a show I have ever seenn
