Anyone hear about the incident between baseball players?/

I heard last night of a dismissal of a player, a pitcher, but will leave out the name because it was far from official word
Well putting multiple threads together it seems like it was grant unless someone else is gone.

When the threat involves another player and a loaded gun and we announced today that one player has been dismissed from the team, that should confirm that this is true. An absolute disaster with this baseball program and entire athletic department.
Can confirm. I was there. Grant pulled the gun on Bunky Kateon after Polk told him ‘you ain’t from round here are ya’
If true, it doesn’t matter if it was another player or not.
I don’t think we talk about this enough- Lemonis is legit the worst coach we have had in school history. Yes, we did get the national championship and I’m grateful for that. But to my knowledge I don’t think any other coach in history has gone 9-21 consistently over a stretch of years.
You just trying to make conversation or really don’t think we talk about it enough? It’s probably the most discussed topic on the board.
It has been brought up numerous times. And no, he is not even remotely close to being the worst. That distinction should belong to Joe Mooronhead and/or Rick Ray. For the record, I think Polk 2.0 was worse for baseball. Should Lemonhead be our coach moving forward? Absolutely not. But he is not the worst ever. Hell, he may not even be the worst current coach on campus.
At least Polk 2.0 made regionals. Lemonis can’t even do that.
Oh ok… got it. I was actually wondering recently if our baseball program had ever fired a coach for on the field results? You could make a case that Polk 2 was going to or should have been fired.
Lemonhead literally did that last year. It was the minimum to keep his job and he accomplished it.

Barkman, you make a good point and I respect that. I was just saying my opinion, and wanted to see if people agreed with me about if he was the worst coach in baseball history.

I’d take Jomo over Arnett. 7 yards at half against the worst LSU defense in the last 50 years was incredible.
Damn. That's a tough choice. Moorhead, Arnett, Lebby. Has any school in as good shape in football when Mullen left ever made 3 such bad hires in the next 8 years?
