I certainly am and when "Super Bowl commercials" were at their peak. I'd forgotten just how funny they used to be ...... that's right MF in high falsetto. Man those were good and before they leaked them as they do now.
Dang,that doesn’t seem that long ago at all to me. I looked it up and those commercials were on tv back in ‘03. Twenty years ago!!
When you asked for old people I thought you’d ask us who remembers swamp frogs croaking while staring at a neon Budweiser sign.
I’m actually old enough to remember the original commercials were called “Real American Heroes” but after 9/11 they changed it to “Real Men of Genius”
I remember this and other scandalous commercials from back in the day - but there wasn't social media back then so the outrage was muted and mostly just coming from your friendly neighborhood church ladies.
Reebok had the best ever…when it’s game time, it’s pain time.

I don't think they ever ran in the Super Bowl (A-B had a monopoly on that from like 89-2022)) but the Miller High Life Commercials by Errol Morris are my all time favorite.

I usually can't stand commercials and flick threw them but I do pause for the quality ones like mentioned here. The ones I watch today are Mayhem (All State), and anything with Shaq or Snoop Dog.
I remember wanting a spuds McKenzie tshirt. They were eventually banned in my school.
It just doesn't get any better than this
Mine as well, along with anything that advertised alcohol.
Side note on how things have changed: My sophomore year of HS, if you were 18 or older, you could smoke in the school courtyard. They killed that "privilege" by my junior year. Did not impact me because I dipped Copenhagen like the cool kids...

Man I remember the hell outta that one. Great commercial even though I hated the Steelers back then as a Cowboy fan.
Seems like I remember some of these spots on State radio broadcasts. I would welcome more like this. The current coke zero sugar ad is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Hearing it come on has me diving for the volume control.
The sequel was equally as good....
