Anyone know anything about this new WR taking a visit?

His name is Chance Allen. Scout has him ranked as the #115 WR and he's taking a visitnext weekend. He's got offers from us,OK St, Oregon St, Minnesota, Iowa St, and Tulsa. Haven't heard his name mentioned until I saw it on the list. Anyone have any idea what brought on him wanting to visit us?
